I have a Masters degree in Clinical Social work. I am a certified Reiki practitioner, my first attunement was in 2018. I have formal training in Mindfulness and have been practicing since 2014.
I am an apprentice Shamanic Priestess in the Haitian Vodou tradition.
I’ve also been meditating for over a decade and in my practice I share Kemetic/transcendental techniques for meditation.

Reiki is an ancient Shramanic Indian practice for spiritual development that works with the 14 chackras in the body.
Reiki was rediscovered by Japanese Mystic Mikao Usui in the 1800s. His system is based on the philosophy that one's "life force energy" or Qui is low, one is more likely to get sick and feel stress in the system. But, if it is high, one is more capable of feeling joyous and experience optimal health. This is the most well known form of Reiki in the U.S.
My Reiki frequency is primarily connected to the air/space and water elements and so it is nourishing, cleansing and restorative while also helping you to remember who you are.
On a practical level: our Reiki sessions can help you recognize the root cause of your stress, anxiety or overwhelm so we can discuss tools to help you alleviate them
